No hidden costs, no extra lines. 1. 1 Material by consumption You pay for the area of your part with cutting gap and offcut – not the whole sheet. For bars, the cut length. A whole standard sheet costs without a cut. 2. 2 Processing Every cut, every bend. The saw cut depends on the cross-section: thin material costs little, thick solid material more. 3. 3 Order handling fee Handling and set-up are charged once per order – as a separate, visible line in the basket. From a goods value of €250 it is waived entirely. 4. 4 Quantity The more identical parts, the lower the unit price. Large items also get a quantity advantage on the material. We calculate material with the average of our purchase prices over the last three months. That way, exchange jumps do not hit your price every day. ## What affects the price Change material, sheet thickness, bends and quantity on an example part. Every value comes from the same calculation as in the configurator. Supply and demand, energy costs and the exchange rate change their price daily. Our market price index shows this development as a weekly average; 100 corresponds to the market price of the first trading days of 2026. ### How we adjust our prices We regularly compare our purchase prices for these metals with the market price. If the market deviates significantly, we adjust them – upwards and downwards. Your price in the configurator is calculated with the current purchase prices every time and applies to your order. Steel and stainless steel are not linked to this index. ## What is included in the price – and what is added Before submitting your order, you see the total including shipping. Examples, tables, calculators and shipping costs are calculated when you open the page, using the same calculation as the configurator, basket, counter and office. So you always see a freshly calculated price. **How is the price calculated?** From four components: the material your part uses (part area with cutting gap and offcut, for bars the cut length), the processing (cuts, bends, saw cut according to cross-section), the quantity scale and an order handling fee per order, which is waived from a goods value of €250. We smooth the purchase price of the material over three months so that exchange fluctuations do not change the price every day. **Can I order just one part?** Yes, from one piece. The order handling fee is added once per order, however many parts. The unit price falls with the quantity; the quantity scale above shows by how much. **Is there a minimum order value?** No. There is no minimum order value and no small-quantity surcharge. We charge an order handling fee once per order as a separate line; it is waived from a goods value of €250 net. **Are the prices net or gross?** Use the switch to choose the display: gross including 19 % VAT or net plus VAT. Shipping costs are added; collection in Frankfurt is free of charge. **What is included in the price?** All costs: material, cutting, the configured bends, the saw cut for semi-finished products and profiles, and machine set-up. You add deburring, threads and countersinks in the configurator. You choose express production in the basket or at checkout. A part costs the same online, at the counter and in the office. **Why do prices for aluminium, copper and brass change?** These metals are traded on commodity exchanges; their market price fluctuates daily. We calculate with the average of our purchase prices over the last three months. That way our prices follow the market, but without daily jumps. The price you see in the configurator applies to your order. **Can I buy on account as a company?** With every order you receive an invoice showing VAT. Online, you pay conveniently in advance by card, PayPal or bank transfer. For your purchasing department, you create a quotation as PDF in the basket. **What if my part needs an individual price?** Check the notes on geometry and material.
