This sheet arrives already anodised: E6 stands for the chemically pickled, matt pre-treatment, EV1 for the colourless natural shade. The surface is therefore finished: cutting, bending if required and installation are all that is needed; no further treatment. ### Properties - Anodised layer in natural shade (EV1), matt pickled (E6) - Hard, weather-resistant surface, more scratch-resistant than mill-finish aluminium - Protective film on one side: the film-covered side is the visible side - Laser-cut edges are bare, i.e. not anodised - The anodised layer does not conduct electricity. Strip the spot bare for earthing or contact ### Surface finish Factory-anodised, with protective film on one side; the side without film is not intended as a visible side. The configurator does not ask for the visible side. For bent parts, note in the “Note” field which side should remain visible. The natural shade may vary slightly between batches; it is best to order parts for one continuous surface together.
