It resists seawater and industrial atmospheres and can be welded. The usual choice for anything that should be light and stands outdoors. ### Properties - Density 2.7 kg/dm³, about a third of steel - Very good corrosion resistance, also against seawater - Easy to cold-form and weld - Softer than steel: sensitive to scratches and dents ### Surface finish Mill finish, naturally with a thin oxide layer.
