Semi-finished products and sheet metal parts can travel in one consignment. ## What shipping costs We calculate the freight for each consignment individually: the weight results from the geometry of your parts, the package size from the largest part. On this basis we obtain the rate from our carriers and add our handling share. You see the full amount before you order — nothing is added later. We deliberately calculate shipping for each consignment individually. For small consignments, you therefore pay only for your own shipping, and your parts price stays free of shipping shares from other orders – even for a 6-metre bar. ## Collection in Frankfurt am Main You can collect every order from us without shipping costs: Hanauer Landstraße 421, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 15:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 (warehouse hours). As soon as your order is ready for collection, you receive an email. Bring your reference number with you for a quick handover. For customers from Frankfurt, Offenbach and the Rhine-Main region, this is usually the fastest route — the goods are waiting at the same place where they were made. ## Delivery time Production starts once payment is received. You choose Standard (5 working days), Express (2 working days, for a surcharge) or Economy (10 working days, with a discount). This applies equally to semi-finished products, profiles and accessories. Your binding date is shown in the basket and in the order confirmation; you can follow progress at any time via the order status link you receive by email. ## Returns We take back standard goods (accessories without processing, full bars in mill length, full sheets in standard format) within 14 days of receipt, unused and in perfect condition. The customer bears the cost of the return shipment. Items made to measure are excluded from return. Returns are possible by post or at our counter in Frankfurt am Main. On request, we exchange the goods. We refund the purchase price within 5 days of receiving the goods. We show the exact amount for your consignment at checkout, before you order. You pay shipping that matches your consignment – this keeps small consignments economical. **How long does delivery take?** You choose the production time yourself: Standard 5 working days, Express 2 working days for a surcharge, Economy 10 working days with a 3 % discount. This applies equally to semi-finished products, profiles and accessories. Express 24 h: order by 12:00 and your parts are ready for dispatch on the next working day (sheet metal cut-to-size parts and standard profiles, up to 10 pieces per item), for a surcharge. The basket shows which items qualify. The carrier's transit time is added: one day for parcels, one to three days for freight. You see the binding date before you order. **When does my order travel as a parcel, and when by freight forwarder?** We pack every order in boxes, flat packs or bundles and choose the most economical suitable shipping method for each package. Sheet metal parts and short sections of bars, tubes and profiles therefore travel as parcels. Long bars are shipped as a long-goods bundle. We use a pallet by freight forwarder only when a part is too large or too heavy for parcel and bundle, or when the consignment has many packages. You see the shipping method and the price at checkout. **Can I collect my order?** Yes, free of shipping costs at Hanauer Landstraße 421 in Frankfurt am Main, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 15:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. You receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. **Do you deliver abroad?** Our online shop delivers within Germany. For deliveries to other countries, please write to us — we will send you a quote including freight. **How do I find out where my consignment is?** After ordering, you receive an order status link by email. As soon as the consignment is on its way, the carrier's tracking is shown there. **What if something arrives damaged?** Please report transport damage within seven days with photos to info@mvg-frankfurt.de. For visible damage to pallet goods, please note the damage on the driver's consignment note if possible — this speeds up the settlement considerably.
