Sales representative semi-finished products, internal sales (m/f/d)
Do you listen, ask questions and enjoy finding the right solution? Support our customers with tubes, bars and profiles – from the first dimension to the quotation.
Your tasks
- Take customer enquiries for semi-finished products and clarify the need for material, shape, size and cutting.
- Prepare quotations, advise customers and accompany enquiries through to order agreement.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and cutting so that customers receive reliable information.
- Maintain item and customer data in a traceable way and keep track of open cases.
What you bring
- Enjoy talking to customers and an interest in technical products.
- A careful way of working and willingness to familiarise yourself with materials and dimensions.
- You can handle enquiries clearly in writing and verbally.
- Experience in sales, trading or a trade is helpful. Career changers are expressly welcome.
