In the part designer, you add your own contours, holes and bends directly in the browser. You can upload an existing STEP file for calculation.
No CAD program needed. Your component stays visible in the preview.
From design to finished bent part

Shape and dimensions
Choose a template, adjust flanges and angles. The preview shows your design.

Material and thickness
Select a suitable sheet. Manufacturability depends on thickness, radius and flange length, among other factors.

Length, quantity and price
Set the length of the bent part and the quantity, check the notes and add it to the basket at the calculated price.

The sheet lies between the bending tools. This is how the flanges and angles of your bent part are formed.
Which sheet suits your part?
Steel, stainless steel or aluminium – depending on the application and the desired surface. The configurator shows you the materials and thicknesses available for your part.

Minimum distances, inside radii and possible flange lengths depend on the material and the sheet thickness. The check in the configurator supports you and shows the limits for your part directly.

Can I order a single bent part?
Yes, from one piece. Enter the desired quantity in the configurator and check the calculated price.
Can I change the material later?
Yes. Choose the shape first. After changing the material or thickness, the finished dimensions and manufacturability are checked again.
How do I order a bent part with holes?
Use the part designer. There you can combine contours, holes and bends. For an existing 3D file, the STEP upload is available.
Delivery or collection?
You can collect free of charge in Frankfurt or have your order delivered within Germany. The shipping price is shown before you buy; long bent parts may travel as long goods or on a pallet. Shipping and delivery
