How are sheets packed?
Stacked flat with edge protection in a suitable box. Sheets larger than our boxes are packed as a flat pack with edge protection and film.
How are bars and profiles shipped?
As a wrapped bundle of film and cardboard. Up to 1.94 m part length this usually goes as a parcel, longer pieces with an express service up to around 6 m. We do not pack long pieces together with sheet.
When is a freight forwarder used?
Only if a package is too long or too heavy for parcel and express services or if there are very many packages. The calculator then shows a guide value, checkout shows the exact price.
Is the price binding?
No, the calculator is a preliminary calculation. The shipping price at checkout for your delivery address is binding. Collection in Frankfurt is free of charge.
