RV 3-5 means: round holes 3 mm in diameter, staggered, 5 mm from hole centre to hole centre. A 2 mm web remains between the holes; about 32.7 % of the area is open. Among our steel DC01 perforated sheets, RV 3-5 has the smallest open area. The base material is DC01, a cold-rolled unalloyed steel for cold forming.
