Frequently asked questions
How large must the stove floor plate be?
German fire regulations require a non-combustible floor covering in front of the firebox opening, usually at least 50 cm to the front and 30 cm to each side. Your chimney sweep will tell you the exact dimensions for your stove.
Which material is suitable?
Steel sheet from 2 mm is robust and can be painted or powder-coated. Brushed stainless steel 1.4301 is easy to care for and needs no coating.
Can I order a round or curved shape?
Yes. You round the corners directly in the template. You draw semicircular or curved shapes in the part designer or upload your DXF file.
