Material
EN AW-5005 is an aluminium alloy that can be anodised particularly evenly. This sheet arrives already anodised: E6 stands for the chemically pickled, matt pre-treatment, EV1 for the colourless natural shade. The surface is therefore finished: cutting, bending if required and installation are all that is needed; no further treatment.

| Surface finish | Factory-anodised, with protective film on one side; the side without film is not intended as a visible side. The configurator does not ask for the visible side. Tolerances
We cut rectangular blanks on the guillotine shear. DIN ISO 2768-m applies to length and width; the cut edge is sheared, and a slight roll-over and a burr are normal in production. Details: Tolerances.
