RAL 7016 anthracite grey is the colour in which most windows, doors and facade elements are made today. As coil-coated aluminium sheet, it lets you make flashings, covers and cladding that match the existing building in colour.

Bending is possible; the coating is designed for forming. When bending, the painted side belongs on the outside.

Cutting methods and tolerances
We cut rectangular blanks on the guillotine shear. DIN ISO 2768-m applies to length and width; the cut edge is sheared, and a slight roll-over and a burr are normal in production. We laser-cut parts with cut-outs, holes or free contours.
We laser-cut parts either with protective film (standard): the surface stays protected, but the paint coating chips noticeably at the cut edge. Or without protective film: a much cleaner cut edge without chipping, but the surface is then unprotected. You choose in the part designer or in the basket; the price is the same.
