Coil-coated aluminium sheet arrives with a finished paint surface in traffic white. If you need a light, even visible surface, you save the whole step of subsequent coating. Cutting, bending and installation are all that is needed.
Properties
- Coil-coated on one side in RAL 9016 (traffic white)
- Even colour across the whole sheet
- Back with protective lacquer, not intended as a visible side
- Cut edges remain bare: plan for this on visible edges
Surface finish
Factory-painted, with protective film. Only peel off the film after installation. It protects during handling and bending.
Design rules and bending
Bending is possible; the coating is designed for forming. When bending, the painted side belongs on the outside.

Cutting methods and tolerances
We cut rectangular blanks on the guillotine shear. DIN ISO 2768-m applies to length and width; the cut edge is sheared, and a slight roll-over and a burr are normal in production. We laser-cut parts with cut-outs, holes or free contours.
